Now one biggest concern for common people is how to own a house without too much burden .

And many people attribute the cause to the high price .and the government have taken some measures to adjust the price ,but the result is far below our expectation .and I also admit that the price is unreasonable .but we have abolished the planned economy for decades ,and price of most commercials are decided by the market except  power,water ,gasoline are regulated by government .so we have to admit that the price is a real one .but on the hand ,we also admit the price is reasonable .so we should how the unreasonable price are generated .

1.       the real-estate market is not internally manipulated by the law of market .and the recent anti-corruption movement also prove that .but their products are sold by a law of market .though we have to admit that house is different from common products ,and it is easily monopolized .but it is still more open than other industry like communication ,water-supply ,transportation .and since we have realized the special aspect of it ,we should treat the market with much stringent rules to encourage competition .

2.       I think most people should agree that developing economy is for improving most people’s life .but if there are ten folds increase in economy ,but people’s income increase less than that .even the more the economy develop ,the less hopeful for most people to buy a house .then what is the aim to develop a economy like this .

3.       With what you buy a house ,everyone know the answer .so price is high or low ,it is also decide by how much money you have in hand .why so many people complain about the price ,is it real high ,or just they don’t enough money .the news also disclose that many people own dozens houses ,so for those people ,they don’t think the price is not affordable .

So the income of common people is a problem ,price is just a number ,it is result compared with income .for our common people ,let a house become affordable ,that is what we really need .

Adjusting price with administrative means .all those administration resource should be focused on how to build a relative healthy market environment , an equal wealth distribution

System .though increasing on price issue can force those market regulators to make some improvement ,but we should also notice whether they take a effective way .if there are only figures game between us ,only profit for us is a little enjoyment from the game ,and the pain brought by the housing issue is still there .

Here I want reiterate that I dont hate those wealthy people .the disparity among people is necessity .no one can deny or obliterate their existence .we should respect those disparity caused by innate ,historical ,natural environmental ,accidental …factors ,we also have the right to require a equal ,just social system .then if you still cant accomplish your dream to own a house at that time ,i think you should blame on yourself .
