Time is eaquel to everybody. Everyone has  twenty-four hours a day and a night. But how do you spend your time? Do you feel it sufficient?

Time is always not enough. I can actually hear it ticking. If everyday i can strictly follow up my schedule, that is to spend enough time reading, learning, writing and workout, i feel i make a full day. However, most of time, I find myself goofing around, instead of concentrating on my reading, and surfing the net aimlessly, instead of standing up to do some excise.
