Will the price of the mobile phone rise during the National holidays ?

The National Holidays is coming . From the information on line , the price of the digital products are likely to rise . I planed to buy a Nokia 6220c after the Natioal Holidays . Wish it go down then .
In this situation , what's your opinion about that ?
