You can attend the campus recruitment,they don't need any experiance.And I suggest you describe some projects or internship experiance related to the job ,which will attract the employee.

ok, i need some more experience skills related with my major and not related with my major.first maybe i must learn much more about how to keep well with different person. not attack them who i do not want to contact with then from heart
