same feeling..now i'm in your situation , and was thinking to quit this year , but I don't want to be a naked resignation , I  would like to have a better position with a good pay..and I hope I can change within this year....

I see , it's not easy to leave a Co. which have many old colleagues even good partner without hesitation,for we have paid much efforts and took much time on it ...
