i used to go to bed before 11:00 o'clock, but this days i'm late because i would like to finish the tv series. just the other day, one idea hit me- everyday it takes me so long to just sleep, and it seems a kinda of wasting my time. seven hours or eight hous makes no difference for me. i feel the same next day.

I never go to bed before 11:00 o'clock,man and boy, for twenty years.Recently,my mother taken me to hospital.Doctor prescribe some Chinese medicine to me.They're very good!

I usual go to bed before 11Pm, cause i have to get up at 6:30 AM next day. and the other reason about that , i heard, after 11Pm ,the liver is begin to elimination of toxin. so, if you don't go to bed at that time, it is harmful with your health.

i never have regular life, sometimes i go to bed very early, maybe 19o, but sometimes 2:00 a.m. for sleeping. everyday i don't know how many hours i get. but many things i want to do, i feel time is not enough each day.
