When I was a college student,I insisted on sleeping at 11pm because the light would be turned off  by hostel mananger and tomorrow I can get up early and have enough energe to study!
But,now because I am a intern in a company,I must sleep before 9pm.

I'm a college student now. My roomates and I always sleep after the light shut down, but we will turn off the switch because we don't want to get up so early~

I don't have a regular sleeping schedule,as for me  it's around pm 10:30 to pm 12:00.

Well .As a junior student ,I usually go te bed before 11p.m ,because when i was in my dormitary , my school will cut the light at 11 p.m ,so i have to go to bed at that time , but i always go to bed before 11p.m , i think it is more healthier , also good to your health, once i don't sleep until midnight ,i will feel very awful , tomorrow morning i will lack of energy to learn or do somethingelse .

I usually go to bed at about 11:30PM, but in summer or winter holiday, I go to bed at 1:00 AM. Ｉthink it is not a good habit for me to go to bed so late, but I just can't change it. I am really a night owl
