When do you sleep at night everyday?

I  know it important to sleep before 11,but most time I  enter my dream at 12.So many tiny things,so noisy in the dormitory,so many distracting thoughts.Sometimes I feel lying in the bed is the happiest time of the day.We're overdrafting our life.I hope I can live a regular and heathy life,of course ,wish all of us have a heathy body!Take action from now!
