Fifteen days ago, I worked with Mr. Gill for three days. He came to our project for a study on the clean environment by way of comparision of the transport means by both rail and roads. In fact, Gill was a veteran specialist in charge of propaganda before he retired from Asian Development Bank. Now, he was re-employed as an international consultant by the Bank.

Gill is a short man with a sensitive brain to any information he likes. During his stay at our project, he inspected the project facilities, had discussions with some relative persons from two coal companies, visited some passengers and drivers at the railway and bus stations, and the like.

He is also an interesting guy, evaluating his job by percentage every day - 40% in first day, 30% respectively in late two days. At the departure time, He was so pleased to tell me that he got everything he wanted – 100 percent, and then showed his thanks for my good arrangement. Certainly, I also feel great gratified at the results.
