Being a graduate is no longer a proud matter nowdays.
To be frank,I felt dispointed when I entered this uni.I was not satisfied with her hardware nor software facilities.Most teachers regard their teaching as side occupation.There are good teachers tho.It's useless to complain the environment for u don't have that previlege nor power to change it.So do not waste your time doing so.
Whereas I used to envy people from famouse universities and wander around their campus sometimes.People in those schools are truly more friendly and polite.
Environment created man.Back to my place,I can also found out people who were active and knowlegable.I am glad to meet these people.They brought me a wider world.So I profit a lot by "complaining".Lol~
Now I have been working in a culture industry as a trainee.Don't know what I will become after the trainee life.Hope it's a wonderful working experience.

Working as an OL(office lady) is such a boring thing.OL was likely to be an elegant and enjoyable job to me. People dress well,or rather casual. I am finding my way...Anyhow,my colleagues are very nice to me but our superior.I am a bit afraid of him, who is arrogant and impolite to others.He seems to be uneasy to get along well with.Sometimes I feel speechless to him.I might have a little tiny difficulty in communicating with elder people.I am such a child before them.How to make the conversation go smoothly? Given time and feel free to talk...anthing else?

- Your comments interesting. Yes, nowadays there are so many university grads that it is nothing special. In the place where I live many graduates apply for labour work jobs because they can't find suitable jobs. It is indeed depressing to see that. I do agree that the students at better universities are more polite and well mannered. Recently, I went to an open day of a less known unversity. Some students avoided me because they are afraid to speak to me in English in the presence of others, but when they found I could speak Chinese, they have a lot to talk about. Handling colleagues and bosses is always difficult because it involves a lot of mind playing and social skills. The best is be yourself. An angry and impolte boss is not always bad. A sweet talking but schemeing boss is worse. Running a business is a exhausting task, so you can't expect him to be too nice. What you have to do is help him in whatever way you can. He will notice you and appreciate what you do. Show a light smile and see where u can help. Anyone would appreciate that. However, some bosses just use rough ways to achieve what they want to do, that kind of boss, you can ignore.

People do live do talk to each other.I used to think that personality is the way how people manner.Recently I have met a friend who is introverted communicates with others very well.She surprises me and have changed my mind.Respecting and doing team work well will reach an areement that make each other get along well. Am I right?

- when i was an intern in a company, i felt what u'r feeling right now. I think sometimes communication is very important. Maybe we should be more actively and not be too nervous when dealing with the colleague and the boss.
