Do you often eat pig's pettitoes? How do you cook it?  In my hometown, we usually braise pig's pettitoes with peanuts, which smells perfect. I made it once with a rice cooker. That was my first try. It took almost 40 minutes. And it was not that good while compared to my parants' cooking skill. And by the way, it was a bit hard to bite.

        Today I am lucky to taste a wondeful dish--pig's pettitoes. It is immersed by seasoning which i can't tell. It is just good to taste, not too salty nor hard to bite. Besides, the cook is very considerable. He cut the pig's pettitoes into rectangl that make it easy to bite.  Well, the big difference in cooking style is that it's cold.  And it costs a bit expensive. But I would like to eat next time!
