Human beings is clever, they have changed many things to meet their needs, and the great progress is not about to end. But, who knows where progress would lead us to? Isn’t it a dead end?

Progress make the pace of our life faster and faster.  Although we have invented automobile, mobile Phone, Portable PC and so on,we still like the prey being hunted. Faster is not better. We don’t know why must we spend our whole life to earn money and to buy big house and luxury car. We have no time to think what we need really, we just do it. More and more people cannot find the value, they are held down hard pressed by life, is about to collapse.

Progress no longer frees us from work;it only ties us down. We just as a kite, are connected with telephone line,TV line,computer line,we have no place to escape. Our vision is more worse,our back is more bent,our spirt is more apathetic.

Progress make us arrogant, unthankful and bloody. We have trouble to meet the new neighbor, even don’t know the birthday of our parents. We kill whatever we can kill, we eat whatever we can eat. We have bacteriological weapons, chemical weapons, nuclear weapons, if we like,we can ruin the whole earth in one minute.

Maybe it is the time we stop and consider of our progress seriously, We still have chance to adjustment our direction before everything is late.
