Guilt is a feeling after you doing something you shoud not do or you hurting somebody you don’t want to hurt．Most people think guilt is a bad feeling,of course,too much guilt will make your life a mess. But I think some kind of guilt is good for people’s grow. There is a old saying in china, after knowing the shame but to be brave. Guilt urge you to do your best to eliminate itself, you forget everthing but the thing you feel guilty of, then you have a good job.
