Although the winter is very cold,we'd better do some exercise for health.we can choose many kinds of exercise:skating,swiming,running,ect.
We should choose proper clothes for winter exercise,not too thick and not too thin.If you wear a very thick coat when you do exercise,you will feel hot and sweaty and perhaps you'll catch a cold.
When having sport in cold environment,our body will generate lots of energe and the vessel will expand.Keeping warm ,adding garment and supplying energy and vitamin is necessary.
Because we will consume more energy,we should change our food when we have sports in winter.We should eat more fat which can keep warm.We should eat 600g rice,100g chicken,200g meat,2 eggs,2 glasses of milk and 50g oil in one day.Vitamin C is important to our body when we are doing exercise in cold atmosphere.
Swimming is a interisting and challenging sport in north China.If you want to swim in cold water,you'd better do plenty of preparing work.Otherwise you will fall ill.
Doing exercise in the foggy morning is not a good habit.Fog will cause airway and heart disease.Breathing through the nose is a healthy method when you have sports.Don't do exercise in very cold weather.
