I do not know why I feel sad today ,just now I have quarrel with my father ,complaining many things.
I realise that I have done the wrong thing.
all these years he have done what he could ,how could I complain him like this .the chang I have makas me feel a bit of fear .am I ringht to do it ?Give me space and time ,I need to think over it

- i really understand you,i always regret afer i shouted to my mum.i know that you don't mean to hurt your father and i know he must know that too,but change the way you talk to him may be better.i think we both have to learn to calm down when get mad,talk to our parents deeply,tell him or her your feelings and then figure them out together.
