Feeling myself really failing

I have worked for more than 3 years! No money,No car, No house,No girlfriend! It's pretty tribble!I felt myself really failing. There only is a job which is just so so! Many of my classmates they do better than me! But now, I still haven't a goal, what i should do ?what i should do?
