need to relax

i thought i need relax ,recently i am so tired ,work and work ,and i spend much time on stock.

last week ,my stock up well ,lead i got exciting.man was easy got tired when him exciting.

jsut because watch the stock ,every moring i am nervous sit at the front of computer,and at night i check it out the stock when i back at home.

just because ,the work and stock give me much pressure,it make me easy tired ,and cause i

have a little of high-strung.

and this kind of emotion will make the bad effect of my work.

so i must find some method to ajust the state right now .
