Today is my first time in my life to be punished as a style of affiche to the public.

when I was busying for some tough things in my supplier’s factory this afternoon, I received a massager from the girl of reception which began of apology. I felt puzzled for having no idea what was going on or what was she wants to do.

With full of doubt, I replied her ‘what ‘s wrong? Is there anything happen?’, and then I went into my job again. after about five minutes, she told me that our general manager asked her to write a cffiche of punishing me whose content mainly I have no teamwork spirit, I have bad attitude for work, and I was lack of communication with leader. Well, I had expected that he would show out like this. It is not the action of giant.

Oh, well, actually a lot of people had met this situation as me, especially young people just graduated from school, who lack of experience but full of passion and courage to do anything they want.

Something like that mostly happen among our people who came into the world in 80s this century. They want to live in their own world and with obviously personalities. However, they also have rules to do anything without others point out what they ought to do and what they not ought to do.

Usually, they easily offence discipline of their company, or they did the wrong thing and in the wrong way in others’ eyes.

So, the situation I mentioned above absolutely are spreading among young people in society, which you are outside and busying for working while your leader are writing a affiche of punishment focus on you didn’t work hard. Same here, I’m in the situation.

Sometimes I was think about what the real society exactly is, not because of imbalance of my heart but for a sort of curiosity searching the environment around me.

When you in bus, a middle age man who in ugly dress getting up with a spade in his hands. His face full of sincere smile and didn’t care about how the other passengers look at him. Maybe what he care most is that go home have dinner with his wife and children by the way hand in the rewards he earned today. That is enough for him. Maybe this is the true life exactly.

Meanwhile, you turning your head outside the windows you will see a sexy lady in fashionable dress, who are driving a red BMW sports car. But her face was full of angry just only due to the traffic jam ahead the road. Possibly she was cursing the traffic jam makers as low-grade guys with dirty words. Is this sort of the society act?

Is there any different between the middle age man and the sexy lady? Maybe yes, I have no idea. Do you?
