What do you think about a family company?

I have a visit to a big company. The boss are very rich. I mean it's hard to image. But this company was a family company. The boss would hand it to his son. I don't think it was a good enterprise. The management of the company is a little weird just like parents to chidren. Maybe rich is a good thing for every one but I can't agree this viewpiont totally. How do you think about this kinds of company?

- I'm still a postgraduate in the university, maybe i can't understand family company in depth,but i think sometimes there do have problems with the management.
