How to start to do in a new company?

Come to shenzhen about three month, i found a job before the mid autumn day. THE position i s sales.But the company have no BTB Platform and other international trade sales . I don't have the experience before. So i don't know how to start to do . Everyday when i come to the office, i just scan the website . sometimes i feel disappointed. I considered to go to Dongguan; I want to escape . Now i am still working there ....but i have no confidence to do it better .anyone who can give me a suggestion here ? ths

- It seems that your company is new and small.Sure i also worked in small company once i just came to SZ. For my feeling,from small company or facotry i can learn a lot cause you have to solve all the problem by yourself.But in the big company,they have rules to astrict you.

- I agree with BBQ. Small company have have many different matters, you can learn more. Big company have an elaborate division of labour.
