If a company from top to bottom with money for values,then the company would not be unite.As our company,boss only see sales personnel,but the sales personnel besides sales do nothing.Logistics personnel except for sales staff,do all the chores for company.Sales personnel grasp the company,include the boss.So destiny of the company will be locked by low degree,low quality of the sales personnel.

- in most companies, sales department is the most important and valued department, cos they bring profit to the company directly, thus they catch the boss's focus tightly.
