It's not easy to find an ideal job in this time. Even you find it, maybe it's ideal at the beginning, then you would find it's not ideal at all after several months. - Yes, this is the unchangeable Truth for young workers. Sure we always want to find more ideal job before we have our own careers. More salary and more choices is our willing.

- When I visited offices and factories in China, I often find them with reduced activity. Quite many of them had empty desks and without intention to take new employees. They said the next several months would be difficult too because many factories have moved to Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand and other South east Asia countries due to their cheaper workforce. However, China still has a strong manufacturing base, so they should be able to overcome the crises.
No job and no company is perfect. Once you start working for the company, the true nature of the job surfaces. Mundane, boring, low pay, angry colleagues etc. You don't have to envy the jobs of others. The rice of our neighbors always smell better. Have you noticed? When you go to eat at your friend's house, their dishes of cooking tastes much better even if it is the same food. Jobs are the same. Others always seem better. Got it?

do the job you like and you are competent, and then you show your achivement. so your team or boss will give you some chance. many ideal jobs are done by the diligent persons from the very beginning.
