I found that it didn’t have challenge and chance for me to promote. It’s boring now. Just paperwork piled into pile, came in day and night. There is no opportunity for me to improve myself. And the salary is low, but price increases too much, it can’t make balance for our lives. Work hard, but get little, it’s unjust.

There are so many people like me complaining their jobs. Some for missing promotion, some for little salary, some for their leaders and colleagues, some for environment…In a word, there is so much complaint around us. At the same time, we will compare with others. We complain that why others get more although they do same things as us. We couldn’t find the real reason, just sighed and shook our heads.

Sometimes we want to change the situation, but we are lack of courage indeed. We worried too much. So we stayed here. We thick about that it’s not the time we want change, then it will be  changed, or maybe it will changed to be worse. How can we control it? Sometimes, we should take our family into consideration firstly, if without job, we can’t afford them. So we keep on. It’s in common for so many people.

Even though we don’t like the job we keep on going, and trying to like it, just for something we worry. And life goes on…
