Something change.

There was something change recently. All of a sudden, I find I am uncomfortable for the change.
Personnel changes in our company. I don’t know the real reason. Some old faces left, new guys join in. Maybe new generation exceeds the old. I just guessed. Maybe it’s nothing to do with me, but I still cared.
There is more and more work need to be done, but it seems that we'll never, ever get this done! Maybe it’s just the real world. To accept it, to ignore it, to fire it, or to be fired. We keep on fighting everyday.
Does the environment change us, or we are changed by the environment? Change or to be changed, it’s a problem. Haha…

- Change cannot be avoided, especially at workplaces. Just when you get used to them and feel comfortable with them then they leave and new unfamiliar faces arrive. You have to start again from zero. Your apprehension is understandable and normal. Since you cannot avoid the change, then the only choice you have is to wait and see what type of people they are. Sometimes change can be good. Hope for the best.
I myself is a person who cannot accept sudden change unless it is unbearable. I could stay in the same place, use the same things and have the same friends for years without change. They say this type of attitude is best for a boyfriend... so girls.. hear that? Haha... Just kidding.

I am a person who don't like change, too. I have worked for the same company for more than 6 years. Maybe it's stable for a long time, life needs something new.

- It changes all the time, get used to it, though sometimes we are uneasy to get accustomed to the fast change, we have to face and meet it, those are the change that we can not predict. The old fades away, the new now comes out, it is the alternative generation change. Whether it is to be saved or fired, it is problem, the company has its own plan about planning, anyway, only can we do is to face it and to be ready for that.
