Rainy days continue, nobody knows how long it will keep on. There is so much bad news caused by the severe rainstorm. It’s reported that Shenzhen Buji suffered the big loss yesterday, many streets were full of water, like a deep pool, the cars couldn’t start the engine, so many cars sank into water with only the car roof exposed. The water also flowed into many stores, garden district, restaurant, hospital and so on. People couldn’t move on because the water was too deep and too rapid, it could cover the knees. Somebody said that people could drive boat to come and go.

The day before yesterday, it’s heavy rainy day, there was such a big water pool on the street on my way home, the car couldn’t move on and kept on waiting in long line, it’s only about 1000 meters from my home, nobody knew when could move the car. So I got off the car, took off my shoes to walk on the water road. Although the water was so deep that almost cover my knees, and seems dangerous, I was eager to go home, I don’t want to wait, the traffic lights also had some problem, I kept on walking across the road and arrived at home. My hair and bag were wet although I held an umbrella. I think about it again after that, it seems it’s not safe  i carried my laptop in my bag, luckily, the bag was waterproof. Maybe I should not take this risk next time, maybe I should wait on the car, or wait in the store nearby until the rain is not so heavy. Keeping safe is more important.
