Don't judge others by a little part of the whole.

Hot 3810 views. 2015-6-3 23:18 |Individual Classification:Life| promotion, examples, position, because, family

In the bus, I heard two guys discussing their supervisor in angry tone and complaining on so much things, because they thought the supervisor got the position not for his capability but for his family relationship…

This scene reminds me of some examples about judging others. Something like that when a young lady or a young man drive BMW or Benzi, habitually, we will judge them born with silver in their mouths, or his/her family has officer. Such as when one of our coworker gets promotion, we will say it’s not because of his/her capability, but from the relationship, he/she didn't deserve it. Also when one of our classmates got the certification of a famous university, we will say money works, not his/her hard- study…

Undoubtly, there is lucky guy or base guy in the world.

But in fact, something is not like that. Sometimes what you judge is not true. Many rich people work harder than what we can imagine, behind their grace even luxury performance, they pay much more than us and endure huge pressure. We should not judge others just by a little part of the whole, we didn’t experienced what others did, we don’t know everything about them.

It is nature that peple  will envy others, then make so-called  certainly. But when we know people more, we may shock by their hard-working.
Before we make any judgment, we should think more, then may do that. First impression is not for  sure, we should know others or things by real behavour.

There should be some consequence for people who talk irresponsibly. People spread so much rumors around the work place and some of those rumors can hurt badly.

I have to thank god for giving me the chance to work and thank more for meeting success. However, I hear some friends say, ''you are just lucky'', otherwise you won't be able to achieve anything. I am not affected by these words and I normally ask them, ok I give you Rmb 10,000, can you turn that into 200,000 in one year and if you can't then .... just keep quiet.

pinyin: "Yu dai wang guan, bi cheng qi zhong".
It means: take a crown, will bear it's weight.
