One of my coworkers said that we should take a walk everyday, and should cover at least 10000 steps, if you keep on jogging for a month or more, it can help you lose weight and it’s really good habit to keep healthy. I think it’s a good idea. It’s said that life lies in sport, not for losing weight. As jogging is easier than any other kinds of exercise, and you can do it without a partner. That sounds nice to listen to the music all the way of hiking. And i am interested in jogging, i like to jog. So I made a decision just now, that’s , go hiking after work in dusk every day, and aim for the standard steps-10000 steps. I know the most difficult is persistence. I hope I could persist in the following challenge.
