What a shame!

I don't know why my listening English so bad? Mats has just called me, but i can't understand him, i want to ask who is finded by him, at that time i don't know how to speak, i was very worried, Janet has saved me from embarrassment.
I'm so sad, I've studied english for many years, but i can't understand such simple english call, why? What should i do? How to improve my listening english? I'm very confused. I find my english's level is only junior high school. I must study english start from scratch.What a shame day!
