         the first sentence is"speak the double". you may thought that must be someone asks you to repeat what you have been said.  or you would thought that people said the sentence once again in order to emphasize what he(she) said just now.  but i want to tell you the thought above are not correct.when you are talking and the subject of the talk refer to some people , at that time, the people appears in the front of you suddenly. in china, the popular saying  is that"speaking caochao, caochao is just coming".

        the second sentence is"don't take out of me". read this you would consider that means someone ask you not to carry him or her out, or you could felt puzzled very much. it's doesn't matter,at the first time i seen this phrase i did't understand also. it means don't make me as a venthole, and you musn't vent your angry to me!
