today i am very trouble with myself. how can i do for myself? i can't contronl myself. for me, controlling myself is a problem.today is a weekend. so i haven't lessons .i play the computer all the day, although i know it 's bad. i put myself to the internet, but i don't know what i have done all the day .i even watch the computer without doing anything.
