I refer a new friend to apply for studying abroad

Today, there is a new friend who wants to join us, she is also my classmate in university, and I spent two weeks on persuading her to apply. Now, she already decided to join, and she is preparing for the application in advance, so I hope we could go together.
After I told this to my agency, he said that I have more talent than just in IT, haha, this may be my another advantage. I believe that, if I go abroad successfully, I can refer more friends, but now I don't want to do this, I need to set myself an example to others, that will be more persuasive.
