These days, so many things unexpected, make me start to doubt whether I can control my life. Many times I wanted to write and record them, not to share, just want to clear up my mind. but when I worte some words, usually found it was difficult to describe the situation and mood.
However, I will restart to write diary, I used to write diary before graduation, I think it's a good way to talk with myself.

- i think when we write diary ,perserverance is most important.we must have a habit,every night,when we want to go bed,we should write a piece of story about ourself.day by day,month by month,once we look back those diary,maybe ,we could found,how our life are wonderful.

- Yes, I agree it is not easy to write personal experiences in a blog, especially unpleasant or disappointing experience. Don't think it is easy for me to write. I also have to think out what I have to say and then find the suitable words to put into the article.
However, a blog does not have to be so well written and so impressive. It can have a lot of mistakes and written badly. So long as people can understand what you are writing, it is ok, because people would respond to you or point out any error or problems.
You can find people here who are not so good in English but they can still write a meaningful blog and they improve as they write more. As suggested by hongming, writing like you are writing a diary and put it into a blog is a good way of doing it. Try.
