As winter is coming near, I feel heavy these days, as a matter of fact, fat is just a personal feeling to me, is more than the acutal weight. And I heard a lot of worries and complains about weight gaining from my friends and relatives.

I hate it when I feel heavy.

And I know the best way to lose weight and get rid of the feeling of "heavy" is to suffer from hunger.

How about thinking in this way:"if you feel hungry, you are losing some weight!"
