It was a cloudy day, my mood was also cloudy. You know, sometimes, weather can have a big influence on people’s mood, especially for me, it may determine my mood totally, which has been seen by my friends.

The topic of today’s morning meeting is about health. Healthy food, healthy mood, healthy body, healthy life, etc. among which, could you tell me which one is not we, human beings have pursued for endless years? I think most of us know the abstract theory, yet how many people put it into practice and do as we are told to? Few, seldom or none? Or saying, whether you really regard it seriously, treat your body with careful attention in inner heart decide your choice. This is consistent with that our mood decides our action. If you really want to do it, you will do it successfully to a large degree; if you feel hesitant to do it, you will lose it very possibly.

This afternoon, I came back to our school to take the thesis guiding course. As usual, the teacher had been saying something to herself, while we, do something based on our own will. On one hand, I feel sympathy for that teacher; on the other hand, I couldn’t find anything interest from her teaching, and most of others feel so. And this time, she asked us to hand in 6 pieces thoughts after reading a paper or book the day after tomorrow. So terrible! You know, there are couple of things for me to do.
