Poor listening

I don't know how to improve my English listening . I find it so difficult for me to understand what they said in English sometimes , especially when they are foreigners , It's too fast for me to know about that .
I did many listening tests , feeling it so good sometimes by guessing . but it won't work for me to understand the whole meaning , which made me so puzzled . Someone suggest me listening some BBC or VOA etc . But I find the problem doesn't be solved .
Now , seeing English moves sounds great to me , but there exist some skills to do that . Anyway , I find the right way for me to better my listening skills .
As for as I'm concerned . Making some friends to practice my English speaking and listening may the best choose for me . unfortunately , there is no any chance to do that , because the most my friends and classmates don't like to talk in English , and they don't like it .
Do you have any better methods for me to have a try ?

- You do not have to worry about the difficulty in listening and speaking English. Nobody can learn it fast. It requires practice, but I can assure you that you only need 3 to 6 months continued listening to radio or seeing movies, then you would find you can understand what they are saying. Follow and repeat what they are saying. At first, it may be difficult and frustrating, but after few months you would understand most of it. Just like listening to a song, you cannot sing it until you listen to it many times. You can do it.
