Whenever I meet any trouble , I always think of this words : No pains no gains . For our study , job , life and love etc . Any pains are not welcomed at these situations . Once it comes , we will have no choice but to accept it and adapt to it if we want to stand up again , and also believe another sentence : Everything will be ok . 

After paining , you will real understand who you are in reality , why you have a right to gain something that others don't ? So cherish what we have already now , realize the shortcomings of ourselves , find the correct way to start everything over again . Just say , I spare no effort to do that . It's enough to try my best during the whole process . And as for the result , It's none of my business .
