Which one do you choose ?

A friend of mine are renting a house for her study , which reminds me of a story I have read recently . If you are also the one who finds a room to live after graduation .
Two choices , a place where you can live with your other three friends in an apartment , with complete supporting facilities , excellent surroundings at downtown area , and well-educated or elegant person to be your neighbors , which is also convenient for you to go to work everyday .
The second one sure don't have advantages like the first one , even we can say it's so terrible , sometimes , we need to tolerate it while we are living . But it won't need you to pay much money , and you also have a spacious room for yourself .
Stress that we are all the common people , don't have enough money to waste . Which one do you choose ?

- For me i will choice the first one, with the good everionment, with the friends, and with the kind neiborhood, and even we do not have much space.Since we can live with the people we loved and liked.The emotions are better.

- For me , either is Ok, it depend the real situation. Anyway, I wanna live in a simple house, then I won't pay more attention on surrounding that I live in , I can find more time on work.
