If you asked me : am I skilled at Word and Excel ? I was surely to reply yes . It's not so difficult to write something in the Word and make some tables in the Excel . However , when I received a task to make all kinds of tables in the Word , I find I am surely wrong about it , which is not as easy as my imagination .
Since there was no chance for me too use these two office-softwares in my daily life , and believed that It's enough for me to use them to solve some easy tasks . But now , the fact proved I am wrong completely . when you meet a little problem , as for a sign , you may spend lots of time finding the answers . Maybe , I am not so familiar with them at the begining .
From now on , start to learn it bit by bit .

- I cannot even do one single day without Excel spreadsheets or word documents, so you can imagine how essential and important they are. In the beginning I has to use so much time and effort to learn it. The deep knowledge of these software gave me great benefits and this knowledge is useful in jobs, business and many other uses. Learn it proper and you would not regret it.

- Word and Excel are two pieces of basic software you need to know for your clerical work , in fact, in office nowadays, much more are requested ; for example, some knowledge of PhotoShop, some knowledge of HTML..etc.

So , I am glad to find another useful thing for me to learn during this plenty of time . and I didn't know why we need to master it before , but , now , I know clearly the reason about it , especially for it can help me deal with something high efficiency , now , it doesn't work . but as an old saying goes : Practice makes perfect .
