Turn off the light on time

Since we have stared our new semester last week , and there is a rule that light out at 23:30 at night except of Friday and Saturday , which pushes me to go to bed instead of staying up too late without the limitation of time . Treat it as good for my health , so there is no complaint about it for the time being . Now , time is coming ...

- Wish our city electricity provider would turn off the electricity at midnight so that everyone can have a good night's sleep.
I took a look across to other homes. Almost every home have lights on and somebody is sitting in front of the computer till long past midnight.
