Do you have noon break ?

Noon break , lunch break , I mean the time you can have half or an hour to take a sleep at noon at your work , So , I wonder how can you go on your work after lunch without taking a nap . I imagine it would be very difficult to adapt myself to such work style because I have already developed this habit .
Maybe , there are many reasons accounting for it , the transportation fee , the company far away from home , no time to sleep , and don't know where to sleep at working place .
Enn , Sure , we don't have enough time to waste , even sleep , break for a while , for our goal , our success , our dream . What is the most important in our life on earth ? the wealth , reputation , authority , or the health , happiness , and time with our family .
Nowadays , I heard some cases that some one lost their life for hard-working , over- tired , over- exhausted , over- fatigue ... So sorry to heart that .

- Seems after lunch naps is a culture. In most other countries, people do not take noon naps because it would distort the night sleep pattern. Western countries allow their staff to leave early from work i.e. 4pm they finish work, so I guess there is no need to after lunch sleep.

- Really ? Western culture seems certainly different from here . I believe after lunch nap can make me full of energy , enhance the work efficiency , and reduce the possibility of some diseases all the time since I was a child .
