Today , I spent my whole day at laboratory on doing my experiment from 8 am to 23pm . Till now , there are some things related to its experiment all around on my mind . So take down it down , and share it .
The content about it is : Explants inducts the calluses .
The experiment materials : explants , MS mediums , 0.1% HgCl2 , 70%-75% and 94% C2H5OH , 8g/L agar powder , 3% sucrose , PH = 5.8 .
The experiment data : 54mg/L 2,4-D , and 27mg/L KT in total in 30 bottles , and also NAA , 6-BA , in 60 bottles .
The two key points : the sterilization time by HgCl2 ( 5min and 7min ) and C2H5OH (30s) .
Including many steps , and many steps are so serious rigorous, boring or not ..? you may know the answer .
