every time,when i was unhappy and confused to the life ,i always writting something on the blog,even though we don't know each other,but all friends will give me some suggestion. now i confused one thing is my work,i do a sec.to DGM in five star hotel for three years but i don't want do it any more.because this is a non -permannent job in hotel.so i want transfet to other positions.but also i don't any experence for that.everything will be start from scratch. i'am so unhappy

You are a secretary of DGM in a five star hotel , and you want to transfer to another department , but you are lack of the related working experience , right?
Don't worry, you can tell the supervisor your mind. Don't be afraid. Maybe you can grab the chance if there is a vacant position.

- There is no satisfaction in a non-permanent position because there is no long term commitment to the job. You are just like a stand-in or temporary employee. However, it depends on whether there is a chance to become permanent. You should change if there is no chance for permanency. If you change to a new position, you would face new and unfamiliar challenges, so you have to consider it carefully before you take any action. Sometimes it is better to be safe than regret. We always face difficult choices in life which can alter our lives and the same decision can also destroy your career. Get as much details as you can and make a final decision.

you're right. because i don't have any chance in here. i have been wodering whether i should resign.but I think the most important is to improve myself in english the present . whatever thank you so much
