This is a happy city, everywhere is warm. I hate the cold in my hometown, here is much better, also than Shenzhen. I think northern people should  be grateful. Anyway, I feel so good and thankful about my life here.

I have been working in SAMSUNG for only a short time, however, I'm so lucky I'm able to adjust the whole company and  workmates, especially the HR manager, the department leader, the inner part workmates, even other department workmates, they are really nice, they are very kind to me and help me a lot even I don't know them. At the very beginning 2 days, I felt confused about my work content assigned and transfered from other workmates. Then after my workmates' kind help and my ensussiam hardwork, I understand my work very soon, and handle it well now. I think there should not be so many problems if I keep my good mood and nice work state. Haha, that's me, a little happy girl~
There are many good ideas I think it great to keep staff relaxed in work time.

Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, all the staff can watch news videos through the big TV in office.
Every Tuesday, during the inner department morning gathering, we can enjoy one workmate from us sharing some interesting news or ideas. This is just a relaxing time.
Every Thursday, we have all staff together, there is one of deparment leaders would talk some interesting things in the morning meeting, also the new staffs should make the introductions.
When we come to the office in the morning, when we leave in the afternoon, we would hear nice songs and voices around the whole office, It's so sweet.
Ah, on the first day coming, in addition to a big bag of stationeries, the new staff could also receive a kindheart greeting card...

Last weekend, I went out to Houhai to see the iceful lake, I love feeling there, it made me excited!
I'm going to see the whole ice lake in the following weekends' time. Winter, please come!
