It has been the fifth people who would leave the company within next the month. To be frank, I feel a little sad, especially, the guys who were working together when the new factory was built. I guessed lots of guys left company due to a poor sales last year. After all, a position could be given by the company, but, a future couldn’t be given by the company. May be I should to consider my next job in a few months. Actually, I would like to buy a small shop for my retirement. But, before I got enough money I also need to work hard.

- The economy growth slows down, and investment rates show weakness. We all want to have an ideal and well paid position, while it is hard to find one. If you are ready enough, you will be competitive with no fear of losing a job.

- Oh, I went to a factory and saw their office with quite a lot of empty desks. I asked the boss and he told me that the staffs left their jobs after the Spring Festival. Some left for home and did not return back. The reason was because of downturn in business. I think it is wrong to leave a job at this time because other offices are not doing too well too and are cutting staff, so there would be fewer vacancies. Think before you change job and wait until things improve.
Actually, it is a reasonable idea to open small shop without investing too much money. You can have fixed income if the shop runs well, so you don't have to rely on a salary. However, I think you know already that new business are easy to fail, but if you don't try then you would be working for other people forever. Hope you can think it through.

- according to my observation, to manage a shop is also more difficult than to work for other people, if you have not experience in it. so i instruct you to work, so long as the job can be gotten.
