Balance the gap between ideal and reality was so difficult

Lots of people choose to quit job because of low salary. Maybe that’s not only low salary, but also terrible working environment. I strong believe that not satisfied with the current salary is the true reason. Try to find an interesting job and a good pay was so difficult. For me, I am not so satisfied with my job. Because I did totally same tasks every day, Day after day and year after year, no changing no challenging, just repeat almost same things. Occasionally, I feel extremely irritable. Even I don’t know why I have such feeling. I should to consider all kinds of problems in the life as the growth of the age. It seems to be far from my dreams more and more. If I want to seize them It becomes more difficult.
Sometimes, too much concern to push us stay in one place, fail to try anything new. It seems to be difficult to follow my dreams.

- I have sympathy for you and understand the disappointment you are facing. You are an ambitious person and want to progress in life. Yes, it is terrible to repeat the same work and routine everyday without knowing when things would change and what is in your future. Everything around you is moving fast and changing but you are forced to remain on the same job just for a salary to survive. All this is indeed tormenting.
Everyone wants a good job with high salary. Who doesn't? However, reality always hold us down and it is not easy to stay above the water. When we venture out to try something new or get a better job, we never know what we may get, may be something worse than what we are having. So, should we venture or not? That is a big question many people are facing.
I often hear people saying that opportunities won't come to look for you, you have to go and find them. On the other hand, we also hear people say that we should look before we leap and do things according to our own ability or capabilities. People also say that if you stay in the same spot all the time, you would never get anywhere. So, what to do? Confusing isn't it? These are indeed hard decisions which you have to think before moving on.
In other words, you have to assess yourself and the real situation out there before attempting any moves. In everything we do, there are always benefits and risks. When the time comes and you see an opportunity then, be brave and make the move.
