A lager sum of graduates graduated from university yearly. The depreciation of diplomas has become a common problem. They’re trying to find a job according to their ideals. Almost, ten years ago. If you had owned a wonderful diploma,you would have owned a good job basically. Employers pay more attention where did you graduate from and rarely pay attention to personal capability. As a matter of fact, one guy owned high diploma didn’t mean that he would be equipped with appropriate ability. Just could show that he has a certain potential.
On the contrary, lots of good position was taken by high diploma in my company. They got a good salary but lacked corresponding capability. I strongly believe that the phenomenon will be change in the future as the huge of university students swarm into talent market. Because competition will led to select the superior and eliminate the inferior.

- As a matter of fact, a university degree from a reputable university is no guarantee that an employee would be able to perform outstandingly. So what if the employee is a graduate is from the best Chinese university or from Harvard University?
A diploma only means that person has a good basic education or specialize in some field. He would need a strong personality, a clear and resolute mind, an impressive attitude and good organizational ability. Not many people have that. Instead, the best personnel is often found among the ordinary ranks of a company.
A good example is Kodak Films which makes films for cameras. The well qualified managers of the company refused to recognize the threat of digital cameras and continued focusing on films and paper for photographs. They did not change to digital technology even when it is too late. Eventually, Kodak suffered huge losses and was near bankruptcy.

- something is unfair , it also happen in many places , not everything can be judged by the diploma , lots of people with the talent brain , but without the reputable Diploma
