I bought a very small store that was used for selling snacks on the walking street during dragon boat festival. That’s very small because it’s only fourteen square meters of construction area. It just over seven square meter of the actual useable area because of too much equally shared area. There will be a good rate of returns according to the contract promised. But also I need to afford some risks.
I bought it without any planning in advance. It just happened that I saw bulletin board on the road when hanging out with my friends. To be honest, the price of the store seems a little high for me. But at the instigation of friends’ word, I got to pay for deposit happily. Anyway, that’s the first investment to me. I hope it will bring me higher earning that I expected.

- Food always sells. Your investments sounds ok. Size of the shop does not matter because you won't be cooking or storing much at the shop. The pedestrian streets have large turnover of shoppers. The location is good and the customers are there. You have to use some gimmicks to attract customers. I trust you would have good business there.

- what are you going to sell? what type of snack will you be selling? porridge and steamed bun? Maybe you should hang a sound slogan on the wall, sometimes people love to choose a specially decorated shop even if the food is inferior to neighbour's.

- At present, I have no idea what It's going to be used for. Because the store I bought belong to trustee mode. What I did just got a percentage of rental from developers yearly.
