congratulate to my firend and colleague

The one of my colleagues will quit job at the end of the month. Almost It’s the same time joined the company with me. So we could get along well with each other. Congratulations! That’s my gut feeling when I heard the news. He not only got a more interesting job, but also got a higher salary. The most important things the salary goes beyond what he expected. To be frank, I have a little jealous of him. But standing the position of friends and colleagues this is not proper.
I’m also not satisfied with current position and was eager to find new opportunity outside. Meanwhile, I told myself that’s not good chance to change now. The best choice will happen at the end of this year or at the beginning of next year. That’s not excuses just because I do really have something else to deal with. I also need more time to prepare in advance. Such as practicing my oral English and crafting a resume carefully. And then I pushed onto online job websites. Anyway, hoping I could get a good result at the beginning of next year. Fighting! Fighting!

- It is too early to say whether your colleague has got a better job. Every company has different conditions, requirements and management systems. Further staff relations could be complicated and frustrating. The salary may be higher but there could be unforeseen problems. In every change there is opportunity and in every opportunity there are risks. Anyway, your friends seems to be moving on to a better job, so wish him the best. You are also a careful and thoughtful person because you understand that you need a proper time to consider change instead of changing just for change. Wish you the best too.

- Great to read your blog. I just confused on how to make a decision about changing job. After read this article, found that I was so implusive, naive.
Now, I know how to make the choice. I won't quit now, BUT to improve self with a specific goal. Such as practicing oral English and making a new resume carefully.
However, the first and most important thing is to make a specific goal...
