poor sales from our company

The sale of my company has decreased during the first half of the year. The reason is because the market share from overseas is declining. The order quantity almost reduced one-third during the period last year. I’m a little worry about the bonus of this year if the situations continue to the end of the year. As everyone knows the salary per month is fixed. So the bonus of every year is always expected by everybody. If the bonus of this year turns out to nothing do really make everyone depressed. So what I should do is what I need to consider problems.
Just as my colleague said, tomorrow is tough, are you ready? As an ordinary worker I can’t predict what will happen in the future. But, at least, what could I do is to make every efforts to realize the dreams in the heart in the future.

- The situation is same as our company, every thing need to consider cost saving, it's pretty tough. Hoping this embarrassed situation will be largely improved in the second half year .
