I don’t know why I’m so upset these days. I don’t feel like doing anything even talking with my colleagues. Just want to keep alone by myself. I do really want to get a long vacation for a good rest don’t need do anything expect to sleep and have fun with my daughter.
Today, I heard the exact news that HR manager left the company yesterday without any indication in advance. But, one thing is for sure that choosing left isn’t for personal reason but form the external cause. Because he’s not the only one disappeared in company. Before this another guy from finance department also disappeared suddenly one day! As for why that’s because they both the victims of interests conflict of the company internal. So if you involved with such complicated environment how you could keep a sense of belonging from company.
Recently, too many changes happened in company so that I still feel at a loss. Something happened around me were that my colleague left company one by one. Actually, I don’t know why they chose left. I just feel like everything happened so quick that I don’t have enough time to think what’s happened on earth?

- I can understand your feeling, and I tell you a way to solve this situation, it is very simple, just sleeping early and after a good sleep, you will find you have enough energy to solve any problem, just believe me, it works on me, and I hope you also.

- My company maybe in the same situation as yours. BUT the different in our company is that they left with smiles and many employees anticipate to be quited.Heard about this, maybe you have the same question as mine--what happen to the employee ?... Actually, the reason is,because the company will pay you a lot as soon as you are be quited. That's a way of company downsizing.

- Those workplace politics and throat cuttings are part of the our struggles in our working life. No matter how hard you work, how intelligent you are or how productive you are, there is a possibility that you could be eliminated by these fireworks. The best thing to do is understand what is going on, protect yourself and see what happens. Things are changing fast and many things are beyond your control. Take it as it comes.

- That's true, many employees luck to be fired because of a huge compensation. but for my company, some peoples left because of forced by extra forcing from some gugs of company were not satisfied with your performance.
